So email replies that I have to send out to many people with a standard message I dont have to type it evey time.Also, in gmail I can send out the canned respond automatically with certain filter criteria on incoming messages.

Make ViralinBox Faster
It takes far too long to display a message in a MailBox.
It may only be a few seconds but when you have a mailbox with hundreds of messages in it, it takes way too much time that I'd rather be spending doing something more worthwhile. I end up just deleting the messages without reading them. It makes reading for credits extremely tedious
ViralinBox has so many great features but I only login occasionally because it is so frustrating to use.

Allow forwarding/copying mail to individual boxes to other email address.
It would be helpful to allow automatic forwarding and/or copying of mail to individual mail boxes to other email address. You could require the forward address to verified to prevent spam. This is a feature that I would easily pay extra/upgrade for! Think about it, I could send specific mail boxes to my mobile phone for critical alerts. Others I might forward to an assistance or outsource vendor for handling. I would be extra awesome if I could choose whether to copy (keeping a copy of the email in VIB) or forward (not keeping any copy in VIB). This feature…

Catagories or groups for Contacts It is frustrating not being able to separate business, family and church
Currently it is difficult to send individualized thoughts to one type of business group and other thoughts to say those you go to church with or family. I have found no way to easily separated such groups and/or place a notation as to relationship to jog ones memory or a date which can be done an added field in contacts.

Badly need filters. I can't work very well without filters. Alternatively allow access via IMAP though a client such as Thunderbird.

I would like to see a note field in the add a contact in the address book
A note field would allow you to identify, where, when or what program generated that contact maybe you want a date they were put in. Also allowing a separating or Groups they could be divided into.

Notifications of Appointments or Meetings in my Journal.
If I enter meetings or appointments into the Journal, it would be nice to be able to set a notification time (maybe 2 hours before) that event. Rather than entering my journal (because I often forget) - have that event show up on the VIB front page somewhere.

Improve reception of emails receiving
You need to work on reception of mail by your system. Could not log into another site due to time lag of mail getting into your system. They would not accept code after 10 minutes. It took much longer than that for it to show in your system.

Mobile Responcive ViralinBox.
I use my Android Phone alot, and use it to check viral inbox too, but it's not fitting in to my phone. I need it to be mobile responcive.

We do like that idea as well and are looking into it. Right now our service barely breaks even.
Once we are able to raise the funds to get this done and are able to outsource this task, we would like to do make the members area mobile responsive.

Auto-fill the sender field with the relevant mailbox sender for new messages/emails
Auto-fill the sender field with the relevant current mailbox's address - rather than having to scroll through the drop-down to choose the correct sender. This enables quicker composing and accurate "from" sender address placed in the message. I have accidentally sent stuff before from the "default" sender unwillingly because I forgot to change that field. If I am replying to an email, the "sender" field goes in automatically, as it should. It would be nice to have that functionality for a new message/email as well. With the recipient, as you enter anything, the list of options from the address box that fits gets narrowed down.

Move the email message navigation buttons (i.e."message 1 of 6" with arrows) to the top of the window and make them larger.

Would be nice to have a calendar to schedule events.
A calendar would be nice so events could be scheduled and make it have a pop up to remind us 5, 10, 15, 30, etc minutes before , since I use Viralinbox everyday it is my #1 email solution but it does need some improvments.

Make it a LOT quicker, easier and more streamlined [ BETTER than GMail ]
The design looks dated, the website too slow to be useful and a lot of simple but massive productivity boosts could be applied if you guys try and make it better than GMAIL.
Oh and please support foreign text.

Competing with Gmail was never our intention… we went with ViralinBox a different angle providing a tool to stay organized and do some marketing for Internet Marketers. :)
But of course we want to improve ViralinBox as we acquire the funds to pay for the development work.

Have a default choise of letting the signature be inserted in front of existing text when replying.
Possibly also to have two choises for forwarding. The main or default should be inserting in front. If this exist already, I have not found it yet. If existing, then let it be easier to find.

Nested Folders/Boxes & Noscript Alternatives
Being able to create nested boxes in the main box would help improve productivity by keeping emails categorized according to the various parts of your business, would it not?
And being able to do email without Javascript (JS) would keep JS malware from running, a serious risk when powering VIB with JS, is it not?
Or am I mistaken / misinformed?
I see I can read emails without JS, which I, for one, will always be doing to minimize the security risk, unless enlightened otherwise. But how about noscript alternatives to JS-powered features, where possible? Or is that not possible…
