That feature was been added… If you want to Mass Delete emails from an approved box, simply click the Red button at the bottom left next to ‘Add New Box’ when you have the box you want to clear selected.

It would be nice to be able to filter emails by sender, so that I can delete all at once.
The only thing I miss about gmail is the filtering capacity. If I've decided to stop a program, or they overwhelm my box, I want to be able to group and mass delete. Now, each one has to be deleted one at a time. Well unless I delete the whole box and sometimes I don't want to do that.. Otherwise love the program!

You can do that already by clicking on the Sender header.
Then you select multiple messages and click on the Trash icon in the top icon menu.

Change your website page viewing system
Viewing Reward pages is very unreliable. After the timer expires and pressing the correct colored box, I am frequently unable to get the next page. I believe this is because the page I'm viewing is slow to load or has stopped loading. I then lose the points for that view because I have to reload the page and start again.

I just did an extensive run myself and the viewing system worked flawlessly using the latest version of FireFox.
If there are links advertised using the Guaranteed Visitors system that cause problems, please make sure you report them using the Report Website system.

The maximum used to be 200 messages per page (not 50, 50 is the default setting). We increased it now to 1,000 messages per page.
Going higher then 1,000 is not recommended as the higher the number of messages per page, the lower the system will get.
To make it fast, keep the number of messages per page lower.

Ability to 'select all' in a box.
In order to get an up to date inbox it would be GREAT to select all and not just the first 50.
I've got thousands of messages with expired links that are worthless.

To delete all emails in a particular box, select the box on the left hand list of approved boxed, then click the red and white delete all icon in the lower left corner. move the spam report button
It's too close to the buttons I use, I don't want to accidentally report something as spam when I'm just deleting it and as someone who doesn't get a lot of spam I think the button should be in a different place like maybe in the body of the email itself (maybe scroll to the bottom to see a Report Spam next to the usual "unsubscribe" message). I agree .. we need a quick way to empty in boxes.
I tried to set the number of emails selected to greater then 200 but was unable... and it takes forever to load.

The fastest way to empty a complete box is to click the Delete icon in the top menu, untick the “Block all new mail to this box” and click the OK button.
That deletes the box including all messages in it. Once you receive the next email at that email address, the box will show up again under pending.

Deleting forwarded messages.
I cannot deleteor move to trash forwarded messages fix that problem.,

That issue has been resolved. Forwarded messages can be deleted now as well.

We heard reports that the Chrome version of the ViralinBox Notifier Tool slows down some computers. Since this is a 3rd party application we don’t control it’s performance and recommend to simply uninstall it and not use it if this happens in your case. It’s not required to be able to fully use ViralinBox.

With the recipient, as you enter anything, the list of options from the address box that fits gets narrowed down.

Can I access ViralinBox on my smart phone? I have tried loading it up as another email account but it doesn't work. First of all the security certificate is not 'trusted' although I can get around this, but then I am unable to log in. Any suggestions?

Android can be a bit tricky as there are tons of different screen resolutions with Android. right now it’s optimized for 320px, 480px, 533px and 568px width (iPhone 2G – 5S + Andriods with 480ox & 533px width).

You only get that message with Guaranteed Visitors links that have been seen in the last 24 hours. Not with messages that where send to you. The Guaranteed Visitors links are shown when you continue to surf after clicking on a link in a message you received.

I tested it now again in Chrome & FireFox (latest versions) and the preview worked fine in both web browsers.
I also increased the size of the Preview hover over to make it better to view.

Explain why the upgrade price jump from Gold ($17/qtr) to Platinum ($127/qtr) is so huge
The increase in the number of mail boxes is 1.67 but the increase in the price is 7.48. While it may be true that Platinum members get additional features not available to Gold members, my main interest is just getting more mail boxes. There should be some middle ground.

The email preview button doesn't work in Chrome or FireFox
I entered my first email as a test but the preview button doesn't work. I sent the email wo/previewing because I need to take advantage of the emailing feature. I hope the email works better than the preview button but I'm beginning to have my doubts!

Actually have a section marked Credit Section if your going to give credits from Viral Plr to Viral In box....
